The records are poor in relation to the payments. The investigating team sought to establish detail around that and they were able to find records for two years, as I understand it, but the details were missing. However, DPMA would have been paid. At that time in the 1990s, it would not have been unusual. It was paid for the individual but the family would have been in charge of it.
