I think, as the director general states, there was a two and a half hour meeting between the other two individuals, myself and himself where we put the evidence before all of us to in order to go through the sequence of events. It very much confirmed that the intent was always there and it is with much regret that the apology did not take place when it should have, as was described in the Committee of Public Accounts documents.
