I thank the Chairman. I am joined by Mr. Pat Healy, who is the National Director of Social Care, and Ms Aileen Colley, who recently took up the post as chief officer for our community health organisation in what we call CHO 5, which covers Wexford, Waterford, Kilkenny and south Tipperary.
