Is Mr. Griffin thinking of suggesting that planning regulations ought to change in order that it would not be possible, say, to build in certain areas?
What about people who may be in "wind-fertile" locations, if that is a correct way to describe it? Has thought been given to compensating them in order that they might perhaps move from the area? I appreciate that it is very difficult, but one might accept, as most others and I do, that use of wind energy is one of the directions in which we must move. I absolutely agree with Mr. Griffin on the problem of the dispersal of population; the population is much more dispersed in Ireland than in virtually any other European country, even those with much larger populations such as England and Germany.
