The joint committee is now in session and the usual rules apply in respect of mobile telephones. It is proposed that the joint committee consider the Planning and Development (Amendment) Regulations 2016 at 2.15 p.m. or thereafter. This business will be brought to a conclusion at 3 p.m. if not concluded previously. At 3 p.m. it is proposed to consider a statutory instrument, the National Cultural Institutions Act 1997 (section 44) (Variation of Indemnity Amount) Order 2016. Is that agreed? Agreed.
