I move amendment No. 18:

In page 9, line 14, after "steeplechases" to insert the following:", which charges and financial sanctions shall be collected by HRI as collection agent for the Racing Regulatory Body and returned to the Racing Regulatory Body without undue delay and without deduction, counterclaim or set-off),".
