As Mr. Murnane said, there are two elements to it. The development of co-mingling has been built. We built the platform and the IT infrastructure to allow us to co-mingle with different parts of the world. That, in effect, has been built but the difficulty with co-mingling is that one has to depend on third parties within the overall system. We have agreed a contract, as the chairman alluded to, with some iconic companies 12 or 13 months ago. They had to build their infrastructure and they are not in a position bed into our system yet so they are holding us up as opposed to the other way around.
