I believe the most important thing to come out of the Indecon report is that every stakeholder, whether it was the Minister, the Department officials or the board at the time, all had their own interpretation. We all knew something had to be done and most of us knew exactly what had to be done. Since Indecon put it in a report we are now all working in the one direction. That is very important.
