To go back to the court cases, I do not want to get involved in the settlement in each of the three cases, but I want to say to the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine that some of these arrangements that are reached out of court have this confidentiality clause and it is a bit of a nonsense because the C&AG is going to see the figures at some stage. They will go into the public domain, they will be debated here and they will be known here. You know them already. Why should Bord na gCon, or any other agency of that kind, be allowed to use that confidentiality agreement to hide what is going on? Do you intend to change that? We have come across this before.
