We are not and we fully understand that in our accounts for 2015, which will be audited by the Comptroller and Auditor General, there will have to be disclosure. To add to what the CEO said, an agreement in principle is drawn up, for example, on when the payment is made. That has not happened yet and we got further legal advice yesterday to hold off on commenting on the case until everything is done and dusted. As chairman of the board, I am quite prepared to confirm here today that when everything is done and dusted we will certainly make the Department and Comptroller and Auditor General aware of the full case. At that stage, I will have no problem making the details available to the Committee of Public Accounts.
