Strictly speaking, it is an issue for the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. As there are so many topics to be discussed with the Minister, I will confine members to questions. There will be much better interaction if there are questions rather than statements. Deputy Smith was late to the meeting so I will give him time to digest the Minister's statement.
