As the Chairman, Deputy John O'Mahony, is unable to attend and the Vice Chairman has been delayed, I shall take the Chair. As we have a quorum of six members, including one Teachta Dála and one Senator, I wish to call the meeting to order. I advise members about the use of mobile phones.
