That picture has been taken in Castlebar where there are only two chargers. If people have a journey they want to make and what we prefer to call the charger is blocked, that is end of the journey until somebody decides to move his or her car, which could take a day or two. The incentives mentioned look like a huge wish list, but they have worked in Norway which is not a country in which it is very conducive to use electric cars because the temperatures are so low and the distance one can travel in an electric car is seriously reduced.
