Very good. It seems very narrow. If there is a shortage of nursing homes I am not sure why the relief would not be available if a company wants to build a nursing home down the road, particularly if it is justified for extensions. The Minister for Health was mentioned. Have there been specific cases that have raised the need for this type of relief to allow the extension of nursing homes? Is there specific lobbying to the Departments of Finance or Health in regard to this property tax relief?
