I move amendment No. 1:

In page 7, between lines 16 and 17, to insert the following:“2.In the case of public service pensioners who are not in receipt of a contributory social welfare pension, universal social charge will be reckoned on their gross total public service pension(s) less the amount of contributory social welfare pension commensurate with their length of pensionable service.”.
