I have a problem dealing with an estate where a trust is in place for a resident. If there is a trust with a resident in it and the trust wants to provide money to buy, for example, a vehicle we are now advised that, because other people in the facility get the benefit of that vehicle, Camphill cannot accept the funding. This has arrived on my desk recently and I have raised it with the Minister in the Seanad in connection with the Bill which is being considered there. We need clarification on this point because many organisations such as Camphill have a problem with residents whose parents have died and left funding for them in a trust but where the money is left sitting in that trust. Has Ms Moffitt come across this problem?
