Will the Minister clarify something for me, as I am unsure about it? I have a simple view. If this provision is covered by the Lansdowne Road agreement and has been accepted by the majority of trade unions, that should be it. If this does not form part of that agreement, that is a different kettle of fish. Is the provision changing increments' dates in the Lansdowne Road agreement? I am looking at paragraph 5.4 of that agreement. I am sure that the officials beside the Minister have it. That paragraph was voted on and accepted by the majority. Does it facilitate this or is this provision something that the Minister has included despite it not being a part of the agreement? In simple English, is this section consistent with the agreement or is it something that the Minister has added? Help me to get the answer. It is almost a "Yes" or "No" question. If it is part of the agreement, I will accept it.

If it is part of the agreement, I will accept it but if it is not, that is a different kettle of fish all together. Does the Minister understand my question?
