I had prepared quite a lot of questions for Mr. Waters which are completely out of order. I have now found something which is in order and is useful, which he produced himself earlier. I will discard all the other stuff.

I was just struck by what he said at the beginning and want to probe that a little bit further. Mr. Waters is acting Secretary General now. Does he get paid the same amount as a Secretary General?
