Mr. Michael Donnellan:
We have lost some of our expertise in procurement in the Irish Prison Service. Our unit has been depleted and we have no alternative but to roll over contracts while we do not have proper procurement people in place. That issue has been resolved and we have now appointed a head of procurement.
