It was stated that a substantial project was being considered for Thornton Hall. Perhaps it was a different project that has gone out the door. It does not seem to have a beginning, middle or end. It seems to be absolutely the wrong way to conduct business. From the beginning there has been no business plan and no proper analysis has been done, and it is still being run as though nobody is in charge.
