Clearly, if people are committing burglaries it is for the purpose of acquiring goods, and those goods have to be fenced or passed on for the value of them to be realised by the criminal community. Part of the operation will be to try to interrupt that to ensure that in market for stolen goods, the people at that end of it, who might not be the guys who are going out breaking into houses, will be targeted also. I might ask my colleague Mr. O'Sullivan, who is familiar with the detail of what the Garda is planning around this, to discuss that.
