The direct answer to the Chairman's question as to whether there was a clause in Mr. Walsh's contract that allowed for the terms and conditions to be changed is "Yes". In my experience, this is a standard clause that any prudent employer has in a normal contract for any employee. It is the same for all of our employees that such a clause is there.
