That is probably fair. The expectation would be that the annual financial audit would focus to a certain extent on procurement and implementation within the individual entities. There would be reporting by Departments and agencies to the Office of Government Procurement, in terms of what they are spending, on what they are spending and who they are spending it with but that, as I understand it, is to feed into the analytic process undertaken by the office.
