What happens is if one gets a vulnerable child or somebody who has a disability or has a mental health issue, one knows what barristers are like when they cross-examine people and someone has a difficulty understanding. What would happen is that the barrister would ask the intermediary the question and then the intermediary would ask the child or the individual that question, but in a manner where it is very clear.
