If Mr. Kirby gives the reference to the clerk to the committee, we can get a copy of it. One of the messages I am picking up from this session is hasten slowly and not to rush into this, that more research and a wider debate is needed. I hope this is the start of the debate. All submissions to, and the transcript of, this meeting will be sent to the Minister of State for his consideration. We will publish an interim report on this subject later in the year.
