I agree with the previous speakers. What I think would work well would be to use the time to do a piece of independent research looking at what models are out there and what best fits Ireland while simultaneously integrating the services around the country and conducting a gap analysis to see what is not there. We can then go forward to put that together. The independent research would need to have a time limit so that we have an endpoint at which we say that we will now make a decision about what to do.
