With respect Deputy I do not think that we as a board could or would make that assessment of the situation. I think what we have done is correct in the sense that we were appointed on a Government decision to deliver a new children's hospital at the St. James's site. In that regard, we were required to do two things - analyse the value we could get from the documentation and information inherited from the Mater site project and to learn from the lessons of the Mater site process. I genuinely believe that that is our obligation and that is what we have done.
