I think in May 2011 there was a proposal made by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform that some of the moneys collected on a 1 for 1 or a 1 for 2 basis could be used to resolve the pensions scheme issue. In that context, there was a proposal in May 2012 to resolve the issue by using some of this money to find a solution because, obviously, we needed to address the deficit in the scheme as pensioners might actually have to be paid from the fund as opposed to public moneys.
