The Rugby World Cup is currently being broadcast by TV3 but it does not have a €183 million cushion. It must sell advertising and generate its revenue streams, getting into a competitive market with RTE. It must come out by winning the rights, providing a public service broadcast remit. There is a massive imbalance there. Whether this is corrected through advertising or the television licence, I do not really mind, but the status quocannot remain. I do not believe anybody thinks that.
