I cannot answer questions for third parties who are not here. I am telling the Deputy what they are saying to us. Sometimes, they maintain they already have too high a concentration of social housing units in a given area where the units may be available. That is a question the committee would have to put to the Housing Agency. All I can do is make as many units as possible available, something we have done in good faith - the figure is over 6,500 units. The councils have confirmed demand for 2,500 units.
