When you were being interviewed for the Wright report in 2010, I understand that you criticised the pro-cyclical budgets of former Governments. Do you believe now that sufficient controls are in place to ensure that the domestic budgetary rules and the EU Stability and Growth Pact will be strictly adhered to in future?
