So you, a representative of a Government that is supposed to be sovereign, on your way to report to a Parliament that is supposed to be sovereign about a Government decision to burn bondholders in a failed institution and that, on your way, the President - an unelected financial official - of the European Central Bank threatened devastating economic consequences, including a default, and as you said, the most serious economic impactful events if you proceeded to carry out a decision that had been that had been made ... Mr. Noonan, is that not a really serious subversion of democratic rights-----
