I cannot confirm this. What I can say is that I repeat what I have just indicate, namely that, as far as the Commission is concerned, but here more in a persuasion mode, not as institutional responsibility, we were in favour of reducing the margin and eventually we were extremely happy that it was decided eventually to not only reduce but also to eliminate down the line.
