Okay, so at what point did the Commission see this problem for Ireland in terms of the bank difficulties being intertwined with the sovereign difficulties, because you note as well the five fiscal corrections and consolidations that the Irish Government had to undertake, you know, from the moment of the guarantee? So at what point are you sitting in the Commission going, "Correction number 3, there's a problem here that's a bit deeper, that these little bites at the cherry isn't going to address. We need to look at something bigger"?
