I'm going to bring matters to a conclusion, Mr. Chopra, and maybe if I can just ask you one question and then we'll start looking towards the future. As an EU member, was Ireland ... which ... where Ireland was tied to the European Union and the European Central Bank for assistance, would you care to comment upon the suggestion that Ireland possibly suffered as a result of their inexperience in rescue programmes and, in that regard, did the IMF assist the European Union and European Central Bank in helping them establish themselves into this new role, which was very much virgin territory for them?
