I think the reports for the last couple of reviews did talk about those backstops and what might be available and what the advantages might be. My personal view is that the Irish authorities made absolutely the right decision. There was no need for any continuation of the programme; there was no need for getting these backstops. So my personal view is that they were not necessary and the Irish made the right decision. What ... where I think the emphasis should have been around that time was on changing the broader policy mix within the euro area. That didn't come about right away, but it came about soon after that.
