I think they are ... this is an ongoing issue on, you know, internationally, about the appropriate governance of banks, about compensation of bankers about what the regulatory structure should be, how much capital they should have, what the accounting standards should be. These are a part of the international debate and they are very much live issues. This is not something that I'm in a position to be very specific about.
