But just before that, if I can maybe just ask you one question, Mr. Chopra, and that is, if you can comment on a quote attributed to you, which is, "And on the financial side, regulation and supervision, which were deficient in the run-up to the crisis, have also been revamped." What was your view on the major deficiencies in this area prior to the reforms?
