You made a comment in your opening statement ... just two aspects I want to take up ... do you believe that it's within the gift of the ECB at this moment in time to put in place measures to alleviate the tracker book burden on the Irish banks? What would be the benefit of that?

And, secondly, you made reference that the current construct around bank bailout funds in Europe is woefully inadequate.
