Yes, I think that distinction is a very important distinction because if you look at the criteria that I mention - the magnitude of the banks’ overall losses, the need to return the banks to a more stable funding structure and the potential knock-on effects on others - those criteria were met much more easily in the context of Anglo Irish and INBS. Those were failed banks whose losses were many multiples their... of their capital. They did not need to worry about counterparty relations in the future so I think the case for those banks was a very strong one and I think the... the issue of contagion for those banks would have also been much, much less.
