A final question and then I'll bring in Deputy Higgins and Senator O'Keeffe. Can I ask you at this moment in time and as we start moving towards concluding these hearings and, specifically, in relation to banking supervision and financial stability and its monitoring, do you think now we are in a position to say with confidence that a situation that led up to the 2008 banking and financial crisis will never happen again?
