And you mentioned the optimistic view, but there were also people like Professor Niamh Brennan and Jim O'Leary, Morgan Kelly, notably, pointing out there had been 40 property bubbles which he studied in his ESRI article. Was none of this intruding into the conversations of the people whom you were dealing with, like the banks themselves, the Department of Finance, the NTMA perhaps and IFSRA? Did they not realise what was coming down the track?
