At one of the meetings in the Department of Finance, there was a discussion on the assumptions the banks had made themselves. The banks ... originally they had two assumptions on what could happen going forward and it was felt that maybe those assumptions were not hard enough. So, there was a discussion among all the parties at a meeting in the Department of Finance, "Maybe we will do two extra assumptions or scenarios."
