The Central Bank board, of which I was a member, were told that the Government would be seeking their advice. And he rang me to indicate that the Government were considering ... he didn't say that they were going to do it, he said they were going to consider providing a bank guarantee and did I have any views on it and what did I think would be the market reaction.
