That was followed up with a further letter on 19 November, which is in annex 6 ... 16 rather, which you provided to us. So, my question is, when you were preparing the paper on 25 September and, indeed, when you had the discussion with the Taoiseach on 29 September, was it anywhere in your mind at all that providing a guarantee for the banks would inevitably have to be backed up by injecting additional capital into those banks?
