Firstly, I put it to you that you are arguably, in terms of this inquiry at least, the most important economic adviser to Government who is largely unknown by the general public. And according to the testimony of Mr. Cowen and, indeed, some others, you were the last person outside of Government Buildings on that night to speak with him on the night of the guarantee.
