I think at the time if somebody had said what are the information systems like, they wouldn't have been as strong as they should have been, or could have been. I think if you look at them ... if you look at the management information systems we had in the bank - and I wouldn't have been, you know, particularly knowledgeable about that in all honesty - but ...
