I served under Peter Murray initially, as chairman of the board. There was a collegiate sense and I mean that in a positive way, Deputy, that everybody was focused on success and the bank being successful. And there was a collegiate sense in that there was nobody on the board who was attempting to grandstand or attempting to plough their own particular furrow to impress. But the collegiate sense also works in the ... in this regard I believe, that there was a singular focus and the singular focus was on success and the problem with talking in those terms now, is that people assume that that meant success was increased profits, share price going through the roof and that that was the only means by which success would be determined.
