I don't think ... there's not one name that hasn't, that's come up ... there's not one name that's come up in the last six months - so that's a bunch of names that's come up in the media that'll, that everyone has been discussing - where the overall strategy to do with those relationships and the method of approach was not taken up to the board in every single case. And I think to cap it off ... I think it's quite important to understand the process that we'd have with very large customers. You know, this is ... the financial shock and dislocation that happened was equally as distressing to good clients as it was to clients that couldn't weather the storm.
