I mean, we were accused of, of breaching it at one point after the new one came in, you know, the new one made it very clear on what you need to notify the Department or the Minister of, what you need to consult the Minister on and what you need to do to seek consent. And I recall, probably the first week, there was a notification requirement so we notified and the next thing ... you know, notified, executed what we were doing and the next thing we get a letter of ... expressing difficulty with our decision because we hadn't asked them whether we could do it.
